| Margaret E. Wurtz, nee Fleischmann, 88, of Cahokia, a resident there since 1937 died Sunday, April 12, 1992, at Cahokia Health Care. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence V. Wurtz; two brothers, Leo and john Fleischmann; three sisters, Anne Powers, Madeline Stevens, and Josephine Morhaus. surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Clarence H. and Frances Wurtz of Fairview Heights, Illinois; two daughters, Virginia Dix and Jane Bearden both of Cahokia; five sisters, Dell Deken, Victoria Schramm, Pauline Antoni, Rose Bauer, and Valeria Armbruster; nine grandchildren, Michael burke, Gail (Dix) Lohre, Renee (Bearden) Williams, Bruce Bearden, Tracey Wurtz and Ellen (Wurtz) Hipkins; nine great grandchildren; dear sister-in-law, aunt and great aunt. Funeral procession left at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, from the Braun Colonial Funeral Home in Cahokia, to Holy Family Catholic Church in Cahokia, for 11:30 a.m. Mass with Father John Myler Officiating, Interment was in Mount Hope Cemetery in Belleville, Illinois. |
