Finally the next home passage is done. Tom worked in the backyard while his daughter went to school. Now it is on to the Mrs.
September 27 The sky is finished and the upper part of the home is fleshed in. The leaves were laid over the home. June 14 The figures are comng along. The family is out of town for the rest of the summer so I will be working on the sky and home. The Mrs. has become the center pieace of the work as she should be. I have treated the pencil on canvas left part different than the painted right part so you can see each on its own level.
Clifton Family, 24" x 20", oil on canvas Started in April 2008, this is the next level of Tom's work with little people. Three years prior he started with a series of small works each with an individual of about 6 inches high. In this work the 6 inch figures will be actual people.
